Responsibilities
- Direct daily provider operations and oversee performance in key areas such as provider data upkeep, portal access, ERA enrollment, and issue escalation.
- Maintain service standards and manage Zendesk queue operations, including ticket sorting, resolving intricate problems, and adhering to SLAs.
- Enhance workflow efficiency and ensure precision in all provider-related processes.
- Act as a specialist and collaborate across departments to address provider issues.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including the No Surprises Act.

- Ability to expand processes while maintaining a high-quality provider experience
