Your Contribution:
• Be the go-to single-point-of-contact for clients, staying responsive and accountable to their needs.
• Compile and maintain razor-sharp, up-to-date provider data.
• Complete statewide credentialing/recredentialing applications for providers across commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Handle revalidation requests from government payers.
• Track applications from start to finish, proactively following up as needed.
• Train and manage Enrollment Specialists (when applicable).
• Reconcile provider enrollment data and payor rosters.
• Keep the internal provider database pristine and current.
Your Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of provider enrollment experience.
• Deep understanding of credentialing and provider enrollment processes.
• Stellar multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills with crystal-clear communication.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across providers, management, staff, and external contacts.
• Strong self-sufficiency with the flexibility to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervision.
