Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Provider Engagement Specialist III

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and strengthen relationships with providers in a designated area or specialty population to promote active engagement.
  • Implement strategic initiatives such as provider support, event coordination, and resolution of daily operational needs.
  • Serve as the main contact for providers and community partners within the assigned territory.
  • Contribute field-based insights to inform and refine centralized engagement strategies.
  • Resolve routine operational issues independently while collaborating with leadership on systemic challenges.
  • Collaborate with providers, care teams, and local organizations to increase visibility and recognition of the organization.
  • Identify new engagement opportunities by analyzing data in Tableau and sharing findings with primary care providers.
  • Guide and support junior and associate team members in their professional development.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly engagement performance goals.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territory and market for relationship-building and team support, with travel expected 75% of the time.
  • Build and sustain direct relationships with health plan representatives independently.

  • Regular travel is required, with 75% of time spent on the road.
  • Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, including occasional weekends for events or conferences.
  • Reliable transportation must be available for regular use.
