Capgemini was looking for a Propulsion Systems Engineer

Capgemini is looking for a Propulsion Systems Engineer to join our specialized team working on aircraft propulsion control systems. You will contribute to the validation and verification of FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) systems, playing a key role in ensuring their safety and performance through rigorous testing and certification support.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor the development of software and hardware standards.
  • Understand different development phases and initiate actions with designers.
  • Validate tests proposed by designers.
  • Manage system configuration for laboratory testing and certification.
  • Lead technical meetings and write meeting reports and technical documentation.
  • Validate and verify specifications and provide support for certification.
  • Pre-analyze defects and assign them to designers.
  • Interface with suppliers.

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering degree in embedded systems or aeronautics.
  • Fluent level of English required.
  • Mastery of systems development processes.
  • Fundamental knowledge of aeronautical systems.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strong communication skills and aptitude for leading meetings.
