NTT DATA is looking for a Proposals Specialist to manage the end-to-end proposal development process for medium to moderate complexity deals. In this role, you will ensure the timely delivery of compliant, professionally produced submissions that win business.
What You'll Do
- Handle multiple deals with medium to moderate complexity.
- Manage all aspects of proposal logistics, including setting up shared proposal sites, scheduling and leading status meetings, creating draft outlines, maintaining version control, ensuring consistent formatting, and preparing deliverables for final submission.
- Establish and maintain a clear bid calendar and proposal development plan, assigning ownership of deliverables and ensuring all team members are aware of responsibilities and deadlines.
- Raise red flags with management when due dates or customer requirements are not being met by the pursuit team.
- Perform detailed reviews of RFx documents, populate first drafts of responses leveraging a document repository, and share with pursuit teams.
- Work with cross-functional team members from Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Editors and Graphic Designers to produce high-quality responses and visuals aligned with internal brand guidelines.
- Ensure deliverable documents adhere to internal guidelines while meeting client requirements.
- Create proposal and presentation material for orals by organizing input from Technical SMEs, Finance, Legal, and sales leads.
- Add and create best-in-class content to the Content Library.

You will work closely with a cross-functional pursuit team including members from Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance.
