King Aerospace is hiring a Proposal Writer responsible for creating and submitting compliant proposals to the Department of Defense, other government agencies, and commercial customers in the aviation industry. This is a full-time onsite position.
What You'll Do
- Administer and follow KAI proposal processes for assigned opportunities and tasks.
- Adhere to KAI Proposal Handbook guidelines.
- Generate 100% compliant proposal volume outlines in accordance with Solicitation Section L.
- Write and edit compliant and compelling proposal material IAW Solicitation Sections C, L and M.
- Produce professional, high-quality proposal content and appearance.
- Maintain configuration control of all proposal files, graphics, drafts, and approvals on company SharePoint.
- Provide proposal inputs, reviews, problem identification and resolution.
- Work independently and cooperatively with team members while planning and managing proposal schedules.
- Conduct and participate in strategy sessions, color reviews, and perform recoveries.

- Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
