Role Overview

This position plays a key role in advancing sales initiatives within the Government and Education vertical by leading the development and delivery of comprehensive proposal responses. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development—from receipt through final submission—collaborating with presales, sales, and external partners.
  • Ensure all proposal content is accurate, consistent, and tailored to reflect the client’s priorities and procurement criteria.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions with stakeholders, preparing agendas, guiding discussions, and capturing action items to shape compelling responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, administrative procedures, and emerging initiatives to support responsive and informed proposals.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to address specialized questions and integrate feedback efficiently.
  • Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple concurrent proposals, adjusting schedules as needed to meet business needs.
  • Review final submissions for compliance with format, legal standards, scope of service, and procurement rules to ensure readiness for delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams to streamline production and reduce last-minute revisions.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least two years of experience in proposal development or healthcare-related fields. Strong writing ability, critical thinking, and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, adapts quickly to new information, and thrives in collaborative environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Experience with government procurement processes and familiarity with the organization’s service portfolio are advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring a stable, high-speed internet connection via cable or fiber optic service (minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload). Work must be conducted from a secure, dedicated home office setup.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from $31 to $51, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off (minimum 18 days per year), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and access to well-being and behavioral health programs.
