Sundance Consultants is hiring a Proposal Manager to focus on our Federal Environmental work. You will lead the end-to-end process of creating and submitting compelling, compliant proposals for government contracts.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP analysis through submission
- Develop compliance matrices, outlines, and proposal schedules
- Lead proposal teams, assigning tasks and ensuring on-time delivery
- Write, edit, and format proposal content for clarity and impact
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, partners, and graphic designers
- Ensure final proposals meet all federal solicitation requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing proposals for federal government contracts
- Deep understanding of environmental sector regulations and terminology
- Expertise in the full proposal development lifecycle
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written communication and editing abilities
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. While the role is remote, the company is based in Pocatello, ID.
