Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Senior Analyst, Proposal Intake to be the central point of contact for new RFP opportunities. You will ensure that every RFP, RFI, and RFQ is properly received, entered, distributed, and evaluated by the appropriate sales and proposal teams.
What You'll Do
- Centralize incoming RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs as the first point of contact.
- Thoroughly review and analyze incoming documents to identify key project requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
- Enter opportunity details in Salesforce and Responsive and prep for proposal manager assignment.
- Distribute key RFP documents and information to the relevant team members.
- Provide reporting on daily assignments and trends.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years’ experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and RFP automation platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO).
- Team leadership ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

- Annual compensation range of $61,700 - $102,900 USD.
