Standard Insurance Company is hiring a Proposal Analyst III to plan, organize, and manage multiple request for proposals (RFPs) of varying complexity, priority, and risk. You will be instrumental in aiding the acquisition of new business and the retention of current clients by developing final deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling.
What You'll Do
- Lead and project manage the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Utilize strong project leadership and relationship skills to gather correct information and subject matter expertise for RFP questions.
- Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables based on solicitation-specified requirements.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience working in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts.
- At least 2 years of stakeholder management experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Stakeholder management experience providing support to sales teams.

- Salary range: $76,250.00 - $111,500.00
