Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an experienced Property Valuer to support the delivery and growth of valuation advisory capability within our Strategic Consulting team. You will work across a broad range of real estate and infrastructure assets, advising public and private sector clients on complex valuation matters. This role is suitable for candidates operating at Manager or Associate Director level.
What You'll Do
- Deliver independent valuations across a range of asset classes and portfolios
- Prepare valuations for acquisition, disposal, rental determination, compulsory acquisition, and compensation
- Support business case development and grant funding submissions
- Conduct market research, analysis, and high-quality report writing
- Manage senior client relationships and respond to requests for proposals
- Review and sign off valuation reports as an authorized valuer
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Collaborate with broader Cushman & Wakefield teams on advisory engagements
What We're Looking For
- Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) – API (or equivalent)
- Significant valuation experience across multiple asset classes
- Strong technical capability and commercial judgement
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Strong preference for candidates who either hold, or are eligible to obtain, AGSVA security clearance
