Arch Insurance Canada Ltd. is looking for a Property Sourcer to join our growing real estate investment team. You will be instrumental in finding and securing new property acquisitions throughout the state of Ohio.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify off-market and on-market property opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local contacts
- Conduct initial due diligence, including property valuations and market analysis
- Negotiate with sellers to secure favorable deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and property details in CRM systems

- Ability to analyze market trends and property values
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

- Experience in real estate sourcing, wholesaling, or property acquisitions in Ohio
