Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Flemish Customer Experience Representative to join our team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will connect with clients from home to ensure the highest level of service by resolving inquiries and creating positive customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat in Flemish to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage customer complaints gracefully, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system for enhanced service and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a current understanding of all products and services to better assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and handle challenging situations with poise.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- A positive demeanor and a dedication to delivering outstanding service to customers.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
