PropLogix is hiring a remote Property Analyst to transform detailed online research into polished, client-ready reports. In this role, you will leverage proprietary software to summarize property records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery for our U.S. real estate clients.
What You'll Do
- Summarize and compile property reports using proprietary software.
- Utilize a proprietary production environment for product fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the internal Client Experience team to ensure client needs are met.
- Search property management records and perform detailed online research.
- Make phone calls and send emails to request and track orders to meet client deadlines.
- Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards.
- Enter, access, and retrieve data using computer systems.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and files.
- Perform precise data entry and write business correspondence.
- Understand key concepts like Homeowners’ Associations and the Florida Estoppel Statute.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat to compile and edit reports.
- Maintain productivity and quality KPIs as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, such as in customer service or research.
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the title industry and familiarity with terms like municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, and release tracking is extremely preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven technical skills and a computer-savvy approach.
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google, Adobe, and related computer software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- A friendly and helpful demeanor.
