Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish Customer Support Advisor for delivery services. In this remote role based in Greece, you will provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients, handling their inquiries and resolving complaints while working closely with logistics teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to delivery services, including order tracking, shipping options, and service policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective record-keeping and future reference.
- Work collaboratively with logistics and operational teams to address customer concerns and improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest company offerings, shipments, and delivery processes to provide informed assistance to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within the delivery or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial.
