Arch Insurance Canada Ltd. is looking for an AI Video Creator to generate short-form video content (15-90 seconds) for client marketing campaigns, agency promotions, and social media recruitment drives. This role focuses on creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn using generative AI and video editing tools, with no on-camera work or traditional filming required.
What You'll Do
- Produce full videos from prompts using AI generation via tools like Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, Hedra, Minimax, Veo, Sora, Gen-3, and LTX Studio.
- Execute the full video workflow: ideation, scripting, asset creation, voiceover, music integration, and editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or FCPX; output optimized files and captions.
- Enforce brand consistency across client briefs while optimizing for virality in recruitment and creative services content.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine hooks, visuals, and CTAs through A/B testing.
- Curate an asset library including prompts, templates, and reusable elements from AI outputs.
- Track and adopt emerging AI video tools to maintain superior output quality.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating short-form videos (15–90 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn.
- Strong proficiency with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, Hedra, Minimax, Veo, Sora, Gen-3, or LTX Studio.
- Skilled in video editing software including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to build full videos from prompts, including ideation, scripting, voiceover, music selection, and final editing.
- Good understanding of viral content mechanics (hooks, pacing, CTA framing, trending formats).
- Comfortable with performance tracking, A/B testing, and optimizing creative outputs based on data.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and maintain an asset library (prompts, templates, AI outputs).
- Up-to-date with emerging generative AI tools and excited to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver quick turnarounds.
