Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Travel Representative to deliver exceptional service to German-speaking clients for their travel needs. You will play a key role in planning, booking, and coordinating travel experiences from a remote location within Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by assisting German-speaking clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and tailor-made itineraries to suit their preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, and tours, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Address and resolve issues or concerns related to travel reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, industry trends, and promotional offers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the tourism industry, particularly in travel booking and customer service.
