Remote Recruitment is hiring a Property Management Assistant to support our property management team. You will assist with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our property portfolio in a remote setting.
What You'll Do
- Manage tenant communications and inquiries.
- Support lease administration, including renewals and documentation.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on service completion.
- Maintain accurate records and files for properties.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support for property management tasks.
- Assist with marketing efforts for vacant properties.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a property management or administrative role.
- A degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
