Role Overview

We're hunting for a hyper-connected Head of Affiliate & Publisher Partnerships who can supercharge our affiliate marketing channel. This is your chance to own ALL partner relationships and performance—driving lead volume, quality, and ROI without needing to build an entire empire of direct reports.

Translation: This is a senior-level role for someone who breathes affiliate marketing, has a rolodex of industry connections, and can run fast and independently in a high-octane startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Leadership & Strategy

• Take full ownership of the affiliate marketing function—from blueprint to execution to optimization.
• Design partner structures that generate top-tier leads without breaking the bank.
• Craft strategic roadmaps that expand our affiliate and publisher channels' reach and profitability.

Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management

• Tap into your network to scout and onboard world-class affiliates, media buyers, and publishers.
• Build meaningful partnerships through strategic check-ins, custom incentives, and aligned goals.
• Negotiate killer payouts and terms that make everyone walk away feeling like a winner.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

• Live and breathe real-time performance tracking, using data to continuously optimize quality, volume, and profitability.
• Create killer dashboards that track KPIs like CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and partner-specific metrics.
• Move fast, iterate faster—constantly refining targeting, creative assets, and promotional strategies.

Operational Excellence

• Master affiliate tracking platforms like HasOffers, Tune, and Impact to ensure crystal-clear performance visibility.
• Build lean processes for managing contracts, compliance, and creative approvals with minimal friction.
• Collaborate seamlessly across growth, product, tech, and sales teams to drive holistic success.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years crushing it in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance partnerships.
• A network that reads like a who's who of affiliate networks, lead buyers, and media partners.
• Proven track record of scaling high-performance affiliate programs without armies of people.

• Deep, almost nerdy understanding of conversion metrics and performance tracking.
• The ability to move at startup speed with zero micromanagement.
• Communication and negotiation skills that could close deals in your sleep.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in real estate, insurance, home services, or similar lead-gen verticals.
• Hands-on expertise with affiliate tracking tools and analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of paid traffic, conversion rate optimization, and lead gen funnels.
