Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the team
- Apply legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction
- Gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings
- Handle water licences and allocations
- Handle road licences
- Handle permits to occupy
- Handle easements
- Handle covenants
- Handle mining tenements
- Handle conduct and compensation agreements
- Conduct contract reviews
- Manage contract disputes
- Handle off-the-plan contracts
- Handle retirement villages
- Manage related party transactions
Requirements
- Eligible to hold a Queensland Law Society issued Practising Certificate
Nice to Have
- Preferably with experience in New South Wales law
- Eligible to practice in both Queensland and New South Wales
- Looking to leverage property law and conveyancing skills to supervise and support experienced conveyancing paralegals
