About the Role
The Property Brochure & Research Specialist will develop accurate, visually engaging property materials while conducting thorough market and regulatory research to support project success.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality property brochures for residential and commercial developments
- Gather and analyze real estate market data to inform project positioning
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual consistency and branding accuracy
- Research local planning regulations and zoning requirements for new developments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional property trends and pricing
- Compile data summaries for internal stakeholders and executive reviews
- Draft compelling property descriptions tailored to target buyer demographics
- Verify accuracy of property specifications and technical details
- Support marketing campaigns with research-backed content
- Coordinate with project managers to align brochure timelines with development milestones
- Source high-resolution imagery and site plans for inclusion in materials
- Track changes in competitor offerings and market positioning
- Ensure all public-facing documents comply with industry regulations
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather firsthand information
- Prepare presentation decks for sales and investor meetings
- Respond to information requests from sales teams and external partners
- Organize digital asset libraries for easy retrieval and version control
- Monitor feedback from sales teams on brochure effectiveness
- Update templates to reflect evolving branding and messaging guidelines
- Liaise with legal advisors to confirm compliance in promotional materials
