PropLogix is seeking a Property Analyst to join our team remotely from Colombia. This full-time entry-level position plays a key role in the real estate closing process by performing due diligence research and compiling reports. You will use online research and proprietary software to ensure compliance with U.S. state requirements.

What You’ll Do

Ensure that projects comply with specific state requirements.
Contact municipal government offices via email and phone to validate online records.
Assist in processing permits in the USA and understanding their requirements.
Conduct thorough online research.
Compile reports using our proprietary software.
Perform data entry work.
Communicate with internal teams to confirm deadlines and update progress.
Maintain workflow and order progress.

What We're Looking For

A high school degree or equivalent.
Experience communicating on the phone.
Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1).
Proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match the U.S. business schedule.
A distraction-free home work environment and reliable internet.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment.
