PropLogix is hiring a remote Property Analyst (HOA) to transform online research into polished reports for U.S. real estate clients. This full-time role involves deep analysis of property data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Summarize and compile detailed reports using proprietary software.
- Search property management records and utilize a proprietary production environment.
- Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards.
- Make phone calls and send emails to request orders and meet client deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with the internal Client Experience team to ensure client needs are met.
- Perform precise data entry and use computer systems to access and retrieve data.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and files with high confidentiality.
- Conduct online research and write business correspondence.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat to compile and edit final reports.
- Understand Homeowners’ Associations and the Florida Estoppel Statute.
- Maintain productivity and quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, such as customer service or research.
- A High School diploma, equivalent, or GED.
- Must reside in one of these states: FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, VA.
- Must work an EST schedule regardless of physical location.
Nice to Have
- Extremely preferred: Experience in the title industry and familiarity with terms like municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, and release tracking.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven technical skills and excellent, precise data entry and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Google, Adobe, and related computer software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, keep information confidential, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Computer savvy.
