PropLogix is seeking a Property Analyst (HOA) based in Colombia. In this full-time, entry-level role, you will perform essential property due diligence for U.S. real estate transactions, working remotely as part of our global team.
What You'll Do
- Perform property due diligence using online resources like Google and County Websites.
- Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies to gather property information.
- Obtain specific time-sensitive documents.
- Prepare detailed documentation based on research findings.
- Compile and send comprehensive reports to clients.
What We're Looking For
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience on the phone; call center experience is helpful.
- Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1).
- Proactivity, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match the U.S. schedule.
- A distraction-free home work environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
