Responsibilities
- Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information
- Obtain specific time-sensitive documents
- Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting
- Compile reports and send information to clients
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience on the phone (this is not a call center position but that type of experience would be helpful)
- Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
- Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
- Distraction-free work environment for home
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
