About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day management of property operations, ensuring client requirements are met through effective coordination, communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities for assigned properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve service requests promptly
- Maintain accurate property records and update databases regularly
- Assist in preparing monthly operational reports for management review
- Schedule vendor services and monitor performance standards
- Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Track service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Manage keys, access systems, and security protocols
- Assist with lease administration tasks and document filing
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures for tenants
- Monitor building systems and escalate issues when necessary
- Organize property inspections and follow up on findings
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across common areas
- Support budget tracking by logging expenses and invoices
- Facilitate communication between tenants, vendors, and management
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and meeting materials
- Track inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with emergency response coordination when required
- Ensure signage and wayfinding are up to date
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive property and tenant information
- Attend team meetings and contribute operational insights
- Follow company policies and procedures for property operations
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
- Promote a professional image at all times on-site
