Responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing product and production launches through to series production
Leading and coordinating industrialization and product launch projects in close collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality
Ensuring the timely commissioning and acceptance of production lines (e.g., Run@Rate, FAT)
Planning and executing test runs, scale-ups, and initial production runs for new products
Serving as the central point of contact for all interfaces and managing risks and measures during the launch process

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, or comparable qualification
Experience in project management, industrialization, or production launches
Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
Knowledge of production processes and product launches
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Good written and spoken German and English
