Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects from both customer and supplier perspectives
  • Maintain master data in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems
  • Handle procurement processes and purchase order execution
  • Coordinate material flow within the enterprise resource planning system
  • Monitor dashboards for assigned projects to ensure oversight
  • Facilitate collaboration between project managers, external partners, suppliers, and service providers
  • Perform general administrative duties in support of project operations
