Resideo is looking for a Projects Engineer to lead technical projects from initial customer enquiry through to final delivery. You will be the driving force connecting our customers with our sales teams, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quotations for a variety of technical projects, supporting the full process from the first price enquiry through to final delivery.
- Help customers choose the right solution by giving practical, well-explained technical advice by phone and email.
- Prepare, follow up and process more complex quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with our logistics planning team to ensure customer timelines are realistic and achievable.
- Be the main contact person for our French- and Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring smooth communication at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Confidently bilingual in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
- Solid professional English skills for international contacts and reading technical documentation.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to keep an overview even when things get busy.
- Enjoy taking ownership of your work and can operate independently when needed.
- Comfortable working with MS Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the electronics sector, providing a foundation to understand our products and customer needs.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
