Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist to join our team. In this home-based role in Argentina, you will be responsible for planning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study timelines to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on track. What You'll Do
- Plan, direct, create, and communicate clinical study timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and the project stays on track.
- Gather input from cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and data management, to create comprehensive plans for timely deliverables.
- Ensure consistency of clinical study processes across trials by standardizing procedures and implementing best practices.
- Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with SOP, GCP, and specific country regulations.
- Select sites and vendors for clinical trials, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Prepare clinical trial budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure the study remains within budget.
- Monitor clinical trial progress, track key performance indicators, and follow up with team members and managers to address deviations from the plan.
- Implement and prepare the clinical development strategy as outlined by clinical teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Develop trial recruitment strategies, including identifying target populations, creating materials, and monitoring enrollment progress.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations.
Nice to Have
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification in Clinical Project Management or a related field.
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
