Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Project Solution Manager to join our team. This remote position requires you to be located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of key projects and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of key projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Must be located in or near the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX metropolitan area
