Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial sales cycle for project-based offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The engineer will play a key role in driving sales performance through effective coordination, customer relationship development, and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial sales activities for project-driven products
- Monitor and track project progress from initial contact to closure
- Enhance engagement with current clients to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Conduct site visits and meetings with prospective customers to grow the client base
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Energy Systems Engineering
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales and project management within HVAC, energy, or building materials industries
- Proven ability in managing and expanding customer portfolios
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and communication capabilities
- No restrictions on travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of English
Technical Tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office suite is essential for daily operations and reporting.
