Baymak Makine San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to manage commercial product sales processes for projects in Istanbul, aligning with company strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, experience in project sales within the HVAC or related sectors, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
What You'll Do
- Managing the commercial product sales process for projects in line with company strategies
- Coordinating and tracking project sales processes
- Strengthening communication with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers to expand the portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Energy Systems Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project tracking and sales in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, Energy, etc.
- Experienced in portfolio management
- Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office programs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- No travel restrictions

- Preferably proficient in English
