Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Perform detailed resource loading, productivity tracking, and workforce planning aligned with construction and commissioning activities
- Support short- and long-term planning for field execution, construction sequencing, and turnover milestones
- Interface with construction, engineering, and operations teams to ensure schedule alignment with site realities
- Monitor critical path activities and identify risks to schedule, proposing mitigation strategies
- Track progress against baseline schedules and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders
- Support planning for site-based activities, including coordination of periodic field execution work
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling within mining, heavy industrial, or large-scale construction environments
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 (P6 scheduling, resource loading, and progress tracking)
- Experience supporting construction, commissioning, or brownfield/greenfield mining projects
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, productivity metrics, and field execution planning
- Ability to work effectively between office-based planning teams and site-based operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams

Work Arrangement
On-site — Saskatoon
Additional Information
- Primarily office-based in Saskatoon with periodic travel to site
- Site access supported (transportation available as required)
- Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on project needs
- Wages are negotiable based on experience and qualifications
