WinTech is looking for a Project Owner (QA-Driven Delivery) to safeguard the quality and timely delivery of our products. In this pivotal role, you will be the sole quality owner, responsible for ensuring no feature is released without your thorough verification. You will work independently, with no separate QA team, acting as the last line of defense.

What You'll Do

Act as the quality owner across all product releases—nothing goes live without your review.
Conduct thorough manual QA, checking UX, UI, logic, edge cases, and responsiveness.
Convert product specifications into detailed development tickets using plane.so.
Prioritize and manage the development backlog to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Track progress, unblock delays, and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate status, blockers, and release readiness to stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of testing processes, bug reports, and spec alignment.
Own release checklists and coordinate deployments or rollbacks when needed.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of QA experience in fast-paced product teams.
Experience in both manual functional testing and UI/UX validation.
Basic understanding of APIs, browser dev tools, and mobile testing.
1–2 years of project or delivery management experience, or demonstrated ownership of task execution.
Familiarity with PM tools like plane.so, Notion, JIRA, or Trello.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
Ability to confidently push back when quality would be compromised.
Clear, concise communication skills—especially around specs and bugs.

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer-facing apps or SaaS products.
Understanding of A/B test implementation or release toggles.
Familiarity with component-based front-end systems.
Experience working closely with designers and engineers.
