Trust Wallet is hiring a Product Manager (De-Fi) to own the DeFi & Earn product suite, shaping and growing products like staking, yield farming, and liquidity mining. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-first features that align with our mission to be a trusted personal companion for Web3.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for DeFi/Earn products such as staking, yield farming, and liquidity mining.
- Support the definition and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of secure and compliant products.
- Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to product discovery, grooming, sprint planning, PRD creation, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about DeFi trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and provide updates.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of product management experience.
- Good understanding of decentralized finance concepts and ecosystem.
- Experience supporting end-to-end product development and delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support product decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about blockchain technology and decentralised finance.
- You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
Nice to Have
- Product management experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries.
