Responsibilities
- Deliver live demonstrations of products to customers
- Serve as a technical authority on company products
- Hold and keep current an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License
- Onboard new sales team members in public safety procedures, hierarchy, and communication practices
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and emergency response agencies
- Maintain advanced flying skills to carry out flight operations safely and effectively
- Collaborate with field engineers to conduct real-time, interactive demos of hardware and software systems
- Complete ongoing training to meet internal and regulatory standards
- Engage in and earn certification for in-depth technical fault diagnosis of proprietary technology
- Follow safety protocols when transporting sensitive equipment and hardware
- Operate and oversee the DFR mobile unit to support field representatives at client engagements, demos, and events
