Responsibilities
- Design water conveyance, treatment, and distribution systems, including pumping stations, master plans, and plant upgrades
- Lead project execution from design through permitting and construction, mentoring junior team members
- Work with cross-functional teams and external clients to deliver projects successfully
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and review deliverables for accuracy
- Develop project schedules and manage within approved budgets using strong organizational skills
- Engage with clients, regulators, and public agencies to meet legal and compliance standards
- Track project timelines, expenditures, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Promote clear communication between team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work follows relevant regulatory codes and industry guidelines
- Keep current with advancements in water and wastewater technologies and methodologies
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across internal and external teams
- Collaborate with engineering experts, government bodies, and contractors on project delivery
