About the Role
The selected candidate will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging Genesys expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate between technical teams and business units
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Track project budgets and resource allocation
- Manage change control processes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Support integration of Genesys solutions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Drive resolution of cross-team dependencies
- Maintain documentation for project activities
- Report progress to senior management
- Promote agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues
- Collaborate with offshore teams across time zones
- Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery
Nice to Have
- Genesys certification or training
- Experience in cloud-based contact center solutions
- Background in telecommunications or customer service platforms

- Prior work in regulated industries
