Reveleer is hiring a Customer Success Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, driving product engagement, and ensuring long-term satisfaction by understanding client needs and aligning them with available solutions and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Develop onboarding plans tailored to client objectives and timelines
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to client success
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through regular business reviews
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing to improve product usage
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements
  • Manage renewal processes in coordination with account management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
  • Advocate for client needs internally to ensure timely resolution
  • Support implementation transitions to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Create and deliver client progress reports and success metrics
  • Promote best practices for product adoption and utilization
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with support and engineering teams during critical incidents
  • Stay informed about industry trends impacting client goals
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Drive adoption through personalized engagement strategies
