Countable Labs is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping how the product is understood in the market, developing compelling narratives, leading launch strategies, and working closely with sales, product, and customer teams to drive awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define clear value propositions for product features and updates
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product releases
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand roadmap priorities
  • Develop messaging frameworks tailored to different customer segments
  • Create marketing assets including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Support sales teams with tools and training on product differentiation
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to refine positioning
  • Coordinate cross-channel launch campaigns
  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives using performance data
  • Work with design teams to ensure brand and message alignment
  • Translate technical product details into customer-focused benefits
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across marketing projects
  • Present product updates to internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for content marketing and thought leadership
  • Optimize landing pages and digital experiences for conversion
  • Partner with customer success to highlight use cases and outcomes
  • Maintain a central repository of marketing messaging
  • Support PR and media outreach with key product narratives
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions with go-to-market insights
  • Drive adoption of new features through targeted campaigns
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Lead A/B testing for messaging effectiveness
  • Represent the customer voice in product development discussions
  • Stay current with industry developments in digital engagement platforms
