About the Role
This role offers board-certified behavior analysts the chance to build and manage their own ABA practice with comprehensive operational and clinical backing.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee an ABA practice in a designated region of North Carolina
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs and developmental progress
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Supervise registered behavior technicians during therapy sessions
- Provide ongoing training and feedback to direct support staff
- Collaborate with families to support treatment plan goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Coordinate care with schools and other service providers
- Lead team meetings and clinical reviews
- Support client transitions between treatment phases
- Address behavioral challenges using evidence-based methods
- Promote client independence and skill development
- Engage in regular performance evaluations of team members
- Uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Respond to client and family inquiries in a timely manner
- Implement safety protocols during home and community sessions
- Use data to inform clinical decision-making
- Support client enrollment and onboarding processes
- Contribute to program development and improvement
- Ensure services align with best practices in ABA
- Maintain professional licensure and certifications
- Attend required training and professional development sessions
