About the Role
Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to clients, utilizing a hybrid model that includes both in-person and remote sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and family members.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to stay current with best practices.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Develop and implement behavior support plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Create and implement social skills training programs.
- Provide consultation and support to educational and community settings.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for clients and their families within the healthcare system.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.

- Participate in outreach and education efforts to promote behavioral health.
- Ensure continuity of care during transitions and changes in client status.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and trainees.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for professionals and caregivers.
