Finni Health is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to clients, utilizing a hybrid model that includes both in-person and remote sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapies.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and family members.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to stay current with best practices.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Create and implement social skills training programs.
  • Provide consultation and support to educational and community settings.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Advocate for clients and their families within the healthcare system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
  • Collaborate with community resources to enhance client support.
  • Participate in outreach and education efforts to promote behavioral health.
  • Ensure continuity of care during transitions and changes in client status.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and trainees.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for professionals and caregivers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a hybrid or telehealth setting.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related conditions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health policies and procedures.
  • Experience with grant writing and funding applications.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health research and best practices.
  • Experience with community-based programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to provide training and support to professionals and caregivers.
  • Experience with crisis intervention and management.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and standards.
  • Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and trainees.
