Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and related tax filings
- Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Provide financial analysis and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and review general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management
- Support the annual audit process
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and regulations
- Provide support for special projects as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Review and approve expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external stakeholders
