Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary water design initiatives through planning, permitting, and construction, including those delivered via alternative methods.
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio, managing multiple projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline parameters.
- Conduct technical evaluations and enforce quality standards in line with organizational requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and external clients within the New England area.
- Deliver projects successfully without financial write-downs or reductions in billing multipliers.
- Guide and develop mid-level and junior team members to support professional growth.
- Exercise decision-making authority, directing teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and uncertainties.
- Lead business development, including client acquisition, proposal leadership, and technical and cost proposal development.
- Engage with water and wastewater industry groups through conference presentations and volunteer activities.
- Travel regularly to project sites in Chelmsford, Boston, or Manchester as needed.
