EY is hiring a Project Manager, Talent Services Global Learning to join our team. This Supervising Associate role is responsible for managing the design, development, and curation of learning content across the organization. You will oversee instructional designers, developers, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning products on time and to budget.
What You'll Do
- Deliver learning design and development projects on time and to quality standards.
- Develop a detailed project plan for each project, identifying deliverable due dates and review cycles.
- Manage ongoing status reporting and communicate project risks, escalating as needed.
- Obtain guidance from appropriate sources before forming conclusions on how to manage issues.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders including subject matter experts, other learning teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure adherence to operations and compliance processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of vendor project managers, designers, and developers.
- Facilitate regular project meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Leverage best practices of project management from other team members.
- Initiate and ensure the effective and timely publication of learning content.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience managing learning design and development projects, preferably at a global level.
- Demonstrable project management skills, including management of vendors.
- Proven experience in managing learning and development projects.
- Experience using project management software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers or clients.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of learning end-to-end processes and standards.
- Knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design standards and practices.
- A bachelor’s degree and ideally a higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline.
Team & Environment
You will join a virtual team working from over 20 geographical locations across the world. The project manager will be provided oversight by a design lead or manager.
