Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of specialized projects with unique requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to address risks or changes
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Communicate project updates to leadership and external partners
- Apply project management methodologies appropriate to project type
- Support change management processes when necessary
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Manage vendor relationships and contracted services
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery

- Advanced degree in project management or related discipline
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector clients
