Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support leadership in achieving organizational goals. In this fully remote role, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule while managing a wide range of critical administrative and operational functions.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily project operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, and workflow coordination.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, procurement, travel, and inventory documentation.
- Research and compile grants, proposals, and other management materials.
- Develop and execute social media plans, including scheduling and publishing approved content.
- Coordinate financial activities, including invoicing, payments, and reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Organize meetings, appointments, events, and conferences.
- Support onboarding processes, employee queries, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain office systems, equipment, and technology tools.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Officer.
- Knowledge of office systems, project coordination, and administrative best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, scheduling platforms).
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office equipment, including a desktop/laptop, webcam, noise-canceling headset, and quiet workspace.
