Valuecase GmbH is hiring an Online Growth & Marketing Manager (all genders) to own and optimize the acquisition funnel through paid marketing and content. In this KPI-driven role, you will work closely with founders and external providers to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders for design and copy needs.
- Continuously experiment with targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Measure key metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Help build and execute a content marketing strategy.
- Define and lead key initiatives to improve the website and user experience.
- Run and evaluate A/B tests on CTAs, forms, and signup flows.
- Set up dashboards for acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Report insights weekly or biweekly to drive strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Prior performance marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable writing or briefing for content and creatives.
- A strong data mindset – you know how to run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate.
