Regard is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager - Acute Care to lead the implementation and adoption of our technology within healthcare systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them from initial setup to full-scale use.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new Acute Care clients
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and communication channels
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure client requirements are met
- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers to ensure successful and timely go-live
- Facilitate training and enablement sessions to drive user adoption and product proficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
- Proven track record managing complex projects in a healthcare technology or SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of workflows and challenges within acute care settings (hospitals, emergency departments)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
