Kognitos is hiring a Product Marketing Manager, Content & GTM, to translate our complex AI automation technology into clear, compelling messaging for a B2B audience. You will own the go-to-market content strategy, create hands-on content, and measure the impact of your work.
What You'll Do
- Translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging and narratives for a B2B audience.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market content strategy, defining messaging for key personas and creating assets for every funnel stage.
- Script, shoot, and edit engaging product demos, explainers, and thought leadership content for LinkedIn, X(Twitter), YouTube, and the company website.
- Use AI-driven tools as a creative partner to accelerate workflow and amplify output.
- Own content analytics, connecting work to lead generation, pipeline influence, and sales velocity, and iterating based on data.
- Partner with the sales team to arm them with compelling content and assets for every stage of the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years in a Product Marketing role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Proven track record of translating complex technical products into compelling messaging, positioning, and content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating go-to-market materials and content creation, especially video.
- Extensive experience with modern marketing and sales platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with an AI-first content workflow, using generative AI tools to accelerate the creative process.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using analytics to measure content performance, track key KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Engaging on-camera presence for hosting webinars or creating videos.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing. We believe that 'show, don't tell' is the golden rule of marketing complex products, see content as the fuel for a successful Go-to-Market strategy, and thrive on autonomy measured by impact.
