Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager 2 to oversee the execution of complex projects from initiation to completion. In this remote role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Do

Plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.
Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve related issues.
Apply creative problem-solving to meet project goals while adhering to standards and regulations.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

3–7 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and report on multi-faceted projects.
Familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Comfortable working remotely with initiative and independent judgment.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in information systems or system integration.
Minimum 2 years managing projects for state agencies.
Experience working with external vendors, quality assurance, and major information resources projects.
